Holiday villa for rent in Marbella

The villa is located within approximately 400 meters walking distance from one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. El Rosario is a suburb of Marbella and is situated 5 km east of Marbella city centre and approximately 15 km from lively Puerto Banus, where expensive yachts, top cars and high end designer shops are common.

The house is 200 m2 and built on a plot of 600 m2 with private garden and pool area. The house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms en suite. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor.
When entering the house the hallway gives access to a guest toilet, kitchen, living room, corridor to 2 bedrooms and stairway to first floor. The fully fitted kitchen on the right of the entrance is spacious and includes a great dining area for 6 persons with enough space for 2 extra chairs.
The living is decorated with a warm combination of Asian and European style and the tower construction in the corner of the house has a built in bench with a large dining table in the middle. From the living there is access to sliding doors to the garden and pool area.
One of the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor has direct access to the garden and pool area. Both bedrooms are functional and cosy.

Taking the stairway to the first floor the master bedroom presents itself beautifully, with amazing views to the Mediterranean Sea. The tower construction continues to the second floor. This is the location of the en suite bathroom for the master bedroom. This bathroom has a shower, bath tub, toilet, bidet and wash. The other 2 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. One of the last mentioned bedrooms has also sea and garden views.

There is a separate large room with washing machine. Airconditioning: All bedrooms have airconditioning.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The cost for one week is Euro 30 and for 2 weeks Euro 50 including 1 set of bed sheets. Ask the office.
 
Delivery clean bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. Ask the office.
