Exclusive air conditioned apartment firs line of the beach in Cambrils centre just 100 mts from the port and main boulevard. The apartment has a stuning views over the sea and over Cambrils, La salle apartment has a exceptional location just 20 mts from the beach.
La Salle apartment offers 2 bedrooms with 1 doble bed and 2 single beds, TV , sofa in the livingroom and complete offer a extra bed for the 5th person in one bedroom or on the livingroom
The kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, micro wave, frigo and frezeer.
The wide living room offers a large tamble and nice views over the sea.
It offers a small terrace overlooking the sea and private solarium.
The solarium hasn't got direct acces from inside the apartment but the main stairs go direct to the private solarium with sunbeds, parasol and chairs and table.

The complexe La Salle offers a nice swimingpool and garden .

The apartment offers a private parking with extra cost of 80.-€ per week.

A cradle or a supplementary bed are to disposition under request without extra charge , providing that the total number of persons does not overcome the maximum allowed.

The prices are per week, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays.


GUARANTEE - DEPOSIT

A guarantee will be taken on the arrival date(in cash) and returned the last day.

Guarantee amounts : 250.-€ .

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

- The check-in will be between 16 to 19 hrs. Exceptions are only possible in case of previous warning.
- The check-out will be from 8 to 10.
- Check in after 20:00 hrs and check out before 8 hours will have a extra payment of 60.-€

RESERVATIONS

After reservation we will sent an email with our banking details and the contract. Reservations should be finalised by down payment of 30% of the rent by bank transfer. Signed contract should be send by post, email or fax.
You can make the payment of the 30% by bank transfer or by credit card in our website

A wonderful apartment & location

This apartment is in a perfect location, a short walk to the port and town or turn right and you have miles of golden sandy beaches.Cambrils is an exceptional Spanish resort that I do not hesitate to recommend. This apartment is lovely, with spectacular views. Adequately furnished with just a few minor niggles, some items not working properly and a kettle would be nice but nothing that would prevent me from renting again. The solarium and access to pool gives another great dimension to the place. I can't wait to go back!
