Layout
The villa is accessed by a path from the parking area to the front door which leads to a reception hall. Leading right to the to the large living / dining room, large well appointed kitchen and downstairs WC along with the staircase leading downstairs to the master bedroom and upstairs to the two twin bedrooms and family bathroom.
The large living room offers enough seating for six people in two sofas. It has a 32” flat screen TV which shows Spanish, English, German and other selected European channels. There is an open fire for those cooler winter evenings and there are further heaters available if required. The dining table can seat six people in comfort.
The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and sink. There is a coffee maker, toaster and fridge / freezer. In the utility cupboard there is an iron and ironing board. WC has toilet, wash basin and over-sink mirror.
The master bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. This large bedroom is beautifully finished with air-conditioning, built-in wardrobes and has sliding doors leading out to a small terrace. The en-suite has a shower, toilet, bidet and large drawer unit with built in sink. The twin bedroom No. 2 has air-conditioning, two single beds, built-in wardrobes, and bedside cabinets and is close to the family twin bedroom No 3. is upstairs and has air-conditioning two single beds, built-in wardrobes, and bedside cabinets and is close to the family bathroom. There are sliding doors leading out to a small terrace.

Beautifully fitted with a full-size bath with overhead shower and screen, toilet and large sink unit.
Outside:
To the front of the property there is off-street parking for up to 1- 2 cars and further space available on the quiet street. To the front of the property there is an outside dining area for six people. The gardens lead out of a gate to the communal pool and gardens. There are further sun loungers set around this sheltered area.
These town houses are a ten-minute walk from the magnificent 8 km sandy beach of La Barrosa, which has been awarded blue flag status since its inception. There are a number of bars and restaurants along the beach which is backed in places with a promenade with additional bars and restaurants. The stunning 36 hole Severiano Ballesteros designed golf course at Novo Sancti Petri is also only a few minutes’ from the development.
