Luxury, spacious and south faced this 2 bedroom villa in a small very quiet Urbanisation on the outskirts of Javea. The comfortable, bright and sunny living/dining room, with SAT TV, stereo unit, Wifi, and the 2 bedrooms with air condition leads onto the large terrace overlooking the private pool and garden, planted with many tropical palms and flowers. The kitchen is fully equipped and the shower room has 2 separate showers. The large very private terrace covered with a big freezer and comfortable furniture invite you sitting in the shade, relax and watch the countryside. Dining Al-Fresco is a delight, either basking in the sun, pool side in one of the lounges available, or by candlelight under a very starry sky.

This region of the Costa Blanca is very attractive with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are also nearby. The big town of Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park.

The climate here is superb and also rated very highly by The World Heath Organisation. This country produces spectacular landscapes with rolling valleys and mountains almost wherever you go and the evening sunsets, particularly in the winter, can be absolutely stunning.
