Less than one hour from the airport in Almeria, San Juan de los Terreros is located only 8 km from the busy fishing port of Aguilas and just 12 km from Pulpi, the capital of the municipality to which it belongs. The complex is located directly on a beautiful sandy beach with only a walking and biking path in between to encourage the morning exercise routine. The pool and Jacuzzi are only steps away providing additional forms of exercise plus a refreshing cleanse from the warm sun that shines 300 days a year. History buffs will be intrigued by the castle constructed in 1764 located a short distance from the complex.

Unobstructed views as you are enjoying your morning coffee from the Spanish tiled patio will encourage all who venture to visit this outstanding location to return on a regular basis. The villa has three levels with one bedroom on the first floor and two on the second. The roof-top solarium provides not only a breathtaking view of the ocean but also a shower to remove the perspiration from an invigorating afternoon reading. There is also a stone BBQ for that afternoon or evening meal when you do not wish the day to end.

Fabulous apartment!

Mar de Pulpi is a beautiful, quiet complex of villas, well maintained. The pools were popular with our two kids (age 4 and 8) and kept them occupied for hours so that we actually relaxed! The apartment had everything we needed, comfortable and clean. The owners were helpful with information and advice before the holiday and offered their utmost to ensure we had a successful holiday. Which we did! Will definitely go back again. Well recommended!

A perfect vacation in San Juan de los Terreros

The South of Spain is famous for its wonderful weather, great beaches, fantastic food and amazing atmosphere. Little did we know that San Juan de los Terreros would exceed our already high expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic! You can relax at the beach, take a walk by the gorgeous promenade or visit the many nearby historical places starting with its famous castle, visible from our villa. You can also take short drives to close by cities to enjoy the Spanish culture and its wonderful people. We went a little further and visited Cordoba and Granada. Our gorgeous and brand new villa offered everything that we could need for a perfect vacation: Privacy & comfort all throughout. The villa was not only impeccable but also very functional. The kitchen had every imaginable utensil you may need to cook any kind of meal. We enjoyed our private backyard and ocean front patios, and our favorite would have to be, the rooftop terrace with 360° views of the ocean and those magnificent mountains! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub, only a few steps from our villa. The underground parking and elevator made it so simple when coming home with groceries from the local market. Overall our vacation in the South of Spain was 100% enjoyable from beginning to end. We couldn’t have chosen a better location than Mar de Pulpi. It was totally unforgettable.
