Villa Noelia is a 225 m2 modern furnished 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom villa with a cosy atmosphere, beautiful garden area of approximately 800 m2 with integrated, partly covered terraces and a large private pool. The plot is 1500 m2.
The house is located just 5 km east of Marbella. Close to supermarket and some restaurants and only 1,5 km to the best beach on the coast. Along the beach you find beach bars, restaurants and chiringuitos. A nice and quiet area though very close to nightlife in Marbella (5 km) and Puerto Banus (13 km). The famous Nikki Beach is only 3 km.
Entering the house through the main door you find one bedroom on your left, the fully equipped kitchen on your right with American refrigerator. Passing the kitchen on your right you find the 2nd bedroom. From the kitchen area you take 3 steps down to the modern furnished, spacious and bright living area with open fireplace. Here you find the 3rd bedroom on your left.
You access the fantastic outdoor garden area from the living room through sliding doors. You find the private pool and sauna on your right. The terrace is partly covered, were there is a dining area for 6 persons.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for one week is Euro 30 and for 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person.
Extra cleaning:
If you require a full cleaning during your stay the price is equal to the price mentioned in the advertisement for final cleaning.
