Kitchen totally equiped with vitro-ceramic plate, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, oven and others kitchen ustensils. 1 ample bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 bathroom with shower, toilets and washbasin. 1 water-room of courtesy.
On the 1st floor (reached by inside stairs). This one has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each. 1 bathroom with shower, toilets and washbasin in suite in one of the bedrooms. Ample solarium with views to the mountain.

A short distance will allow you to acces in the center of Altea (4,5 km) quite as to the shingle beach (5 km), in the field of golf (1,5 km) as well as to supermarket it quite facility.
