This perfectly located 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment within easy reach of the town and beach, Fuentes de Nerja is a development built right on the beach and is enclosed within secure wrought iron gates making it private and safe. A few minutes walk will take you to the town centre and the Balcon de Europa. There is an abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Access to the beach is only a short stroll away. The kitchen is well equipped comprising of: washing machine, fridge freezer, dish washer, electric oven & hob, microwave, electric kettle and toaster etc The lounge / Dining is of good size with two comfortable sofas, sat T.V. with English channels, ceiling fan, and large patio doors opening onto a pleasant patio which has table and chairs. From here there are views to the sea l. At one end of this room there is a dining area with table and chairs, near to the kitchen Bedroom 1 double bed en-suite, ceiling fan Bedroom 2 twin beds, ceiling fan Shower room / wc Outside there is a large communal pool surrounded by gardens and there are pleasant walkways between the apartments.

We have lived and worked in the area for the past 10 years. Nerja is our home and we are never more than 5 minutes away to be able assist guests. Yvon is Dutch and speaks English, Dutch, a little German and French. david is English and is good at sign language, carrying cases and fixing things!!

Wonderful owners

The owners was just great and very helpful. But there were things in the apartment that could have been checked before our arrival. There were for instance several lamps out of order or just missing. The kitchen was very nice and new but the rest of the apartment felt a little bit like a summer house.
