This family holiday home is spacious and relaxing, and comes fully equipped for young children and babies without compromising on quality.
Inside...
Through antique wooden doors, the huge entrance hall is like an cool indoor patio leading to the games room with a slate-bed snooker table. At the other side is the kitchen-diner, with a rustic-yet-expensive feel in true Hacienda style; black granite surface tops, mod-cons, an enormous oven & 5 ring hob, plus a double fridge-freezer with ice maker connected to osmosis water purification system.
The spacious sitting room has a beamed ceiling, a brick-built Mexican style bar and comfy leather sofas for relaxing evenings in. There is a flat screen TV, music system, Satellite TV and DVD to provide entertainment, and the entrance hall, lounge & kitchen all open out onto the main courtyard patio, perfect layout to keep an eye on the children.
Five large bedrooms can easily accommodate two or three families and there is also room for cots. Four bedrooms are upstairs in the main house, plus the private "Lemon Suite" on the ground floor with its own entrance, perfect for those with reduced mobility or who want a little privacy.
The two master bedrooms upstairs both have en-suite bathrooms & private 35m2 sun terraces, then there is a further twin bedroom for the children and smaller double bedroom which share the family bathroom, all on the same corridor so Mum & Dad are close by.
The two largest bedrooms each have room for 2 cots or an additional bed. The smaller double bedroom also has room for one cot or camp bed.
Outside...
The villa has amazing views to the mountains but is only a short drive from Marbella. Beautiful gardens are filled with tropical palm trees with a private swimming pool in the centre which is enclosed and gated for parents’ peace of mind. There is also a safely enclosed terrace next to the house where children can play happily.
The patios have plenty of shady pergolas, and the pool area has a built in BBQ and a bar, ready for you to enjoy some good holiday chat over a bottle of Rioja!
There is English-speaking assistance on hand during your stay, and an additional maid service can be arranged together with a pre-arrival shopping service and baby pack. If you fancy some grown-up time out, perhaps to enjoy one of the fabulous restaurants nearby or do a spot of shopping, then please do ask us too about holiday babysitting.
For adventurous types, including stag or hen parties, we can arrange a full itinerary of excursions and activities. Ideas include jeep safaris, paint-balling, shows, zorbing, casino nights and pretty much anything else you can think of to celebrate your special occasion on the Costa del Sol!
