Situated on mature urbanisation , Planes del Rei (Land of Kings) close to busy town L'Hospitalet L'Infant in a beautiful region of Catalunya midway between Barcelona and Valencia within minutes drive of rocky, coved beaches of Miami Playa and gentle wide sweeping beaches of Hospitalet. Planes del Rey has its own traditional Restuarant and bar, pizzaria/ bar, Tennis court Bar, Large swimming pool, Tennis Courts, Football pitches, basketball facilities and boules area(There is a small fee for Swiming pool ,tennis courts and Gym).The villa overlooks the Med and is surrounded by magnificent mountains which tumble into the sea at Hospitalet. The area boasts a diverse variety of activities including, Excellent Golf Courses,Mountain climbing, trekking, cycling, all watersports , diving and monster Catfish fishing on the mighty River Ebro. The region has many cultural places to visit that include the Roman Town of Tarragona, Reus (the birthplace of Gaudi)Miravet,accessed by 3 car ferry and the last bastion of the Knights Templar, The exciting city of Barcelonamis approx 70 mins by car and can be accessed by train from Hospitalet. The sophisticated resort of Cambrils and the bustling town of Salou(The kids will love Puerta Ventura Theme Par) are about 30mins by car. during the season there are many exciting Festivals taking place including the unmissable Fire Running which happens in most Catalunian towns. For those of you who appreciate Good Wine the Priorat wine growing area has many Vineyards where you can sample some of the most excellent wines in the whole of Spain. We are able to arrange a tour of one of the local Vineyards where you can see the whole wine making process from start to finish and taste a variety of wines.
This is an almost secret area of Spain, an area which will keep you busy for the whole of your visit or you can just sit back and relax in the quiet tranquility.

The Villa has Four Double bedrooms, (one with bunk beds, sleeps 3), two bathrooms, Large living room, fitted kitchen, Extensive Balcony off Living room with views over the Med. Parking for at least 3 cars, Private swimming pool with with extensive terracing around, Palmed and gravelled garden . completely enclosed by high fence and sliding main gate. Every effort has been made to ensure that your stay is a comfortable and pleasurable experience. We want you to return again and again
NB . We are aware of the different airline schedules to the area and we are prepared to do all we can to assist on arrival and departure days, however the Arrival time for Take over will remain at 4.00pm and Vacating the Villa at 10.00am. this facilitates a smooth change over.
