This great ground floor holiday apartment is located beach side in Andalucia del Mar, Puerto Banus.
The Andalucia del Mar complex itself is right on the beachfront with direct access to the beach from the mature gardens. The self-catering apartment is surrounded by the gardens with plenty of space for the children to play away from the 2 swimming pools. Andalucia del Mar has underground parking and 24-hour security.
The spaciousness of this 2 bed apartment is ideal for larger families. The master bedroom has enough space for a travel cot or fold out bed for a young child. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds plus a sofa bed. The guest bedroom also has access to a front terrace that catches the mid afternoon sun – Depending on time of year.
The living room with Sky TV (freeview) and dining area for 6 are great in offering respite from the intense summer heat. The kitchen is small but functional with everything you need for a self catering holiday including 2 types of coffee machines and an orange press for those great al fresco breakfasts on the back terrace.
The back terrace is enclosed with access to the communal gardens. This allows for a perfect play area for younger kids whilst you watch from the terrace.
For a relaxing self catering family holiday by the sea you can’t get much better than this. The beach is minutes away from Andalucia del Mar with great chiringuitos close by. We can recommend Pedro’s. They have the best sangria, spicy pil-pil and mixed fish or steak kebabs. Or of course you could choose a beach club, the famous Ocean Club or Buddha Beach where the TOWIE cast 2011 frequented.
Everything else is minutes away from Andalucia del Mar. The centre of Puerto Banus, Plaza de Antonio Banderas, is 5 minutes away. On the way you will pass a pharmacy, late night supermarket, cafes and an array of shops. On Saturdays there is a weekly market by the bull ring and during the summer there is a market in the square. For your evenings out you don’t need a car or a taxi as Puerto Banus offers everything – Cafes, lounge bars, Irish pubs, every type of cuisine and night clubs. You can even participate in late, late night shopping during July and August.
Behind Puerto Banus you have Nueva Andalucia, a mainly residential area, but has plenty to offer for evenings out as well and plenty of golf courses, Los Naranjos, Aloha and Las Brisas to name a few. The nearest towns are Marbella and San Pedro, please see our Tourist Guide for information on these towns.

|Notes:||A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the apartment. The other half of the rent is due in cash on arrival to the apartment. The minimum stay in the apartment is 7 days.
For bookings of 2 weeks a mid stay clean and change of linen is included.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal (+2.5% fee) or credit cards (+2.5% fee).
We take a security deposit of €200 in cash on arrival to the apartment, this will be returned on departure after a thorough check of the apartment. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the apartment. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.
You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the apartment. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.
Linen and bath (not beach) towels are provided. For information about extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us.
