This is a beautiful villa in a very quiet area. The villa is set in a fantastic, large landscaped garden area which surrounds the villa with a lovely green lawn, a 10m x 5m swimming pool with lights so you can also take advantage of the summer evenings, eating on the terrace outdoors or just relaxing in the garden. The terrace also has sun shades.

There is parking on the gated driveway but the Peralada Golf complex is extremely safe with security gates at the entrance.

As you enter the house there is a large entrance hall with stairs leading to upstairs and a gallery landing.

There are two bedrooms downstairs, one double room opens onto the terrace and pool area and two bedrooms situated upstairs, one also leads onto an upper terrace with views over the mountains.

Downstairs from the hallway, doors lead you into the open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge all of which overlooks the garden, terrace and pool areas. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge.

Large sliding glass doors open up from the lounge dining area to give a feeling of being outdoors.

All bedrooms have their own bathrooms.

The house is well furnished giving a home from home feel with plasma TV, cinema room and everything you need but with such a peaceful feel that you will find it hard to move away from the house to explore the surrounding areas.

The villa is available in winter months too and has central heating and an open fireplace.
