We are really pleased to offer this fabulous villa in cabo roig.
It has been beautifully maintained by the same owner for 12 years and is set in exotic gardens.
It is a really comfortable holiday home with 2 large sofa's and dining table with six chairs.There is also a balcony leading from the main bedroom,a nice area to have breakfast overlooking the pool.
The terrace has a BBQ for your outside dining which also overlooks the pool.
Its is in a gated community and has 2 lovely swimming pools,one of which is just in front of the villa .We cant stress enough how charming this property is.
There are numerous beautiful blue flag beaches close by,one is only a few minutes walk.

There is lots to do in this area,go karts, paint balling,bowling,an adventure park with horse riding, quad biking ,jet ski ect and there is a water park a short drive away.
Benidorm is just 1 1/2 hours by bus,costing just €11.

If golf is your passion then this part of the Costa Blanca is your paradise,there are 20+courses,3 being a few minutes drive and several are world class.
In addition, with access to the AP-7 motorway less than 2 Km away, the historic towns of Orihuela ,Torrevieja, Murcia,Cartegena,Mazarron,and Alicante are all within easy reach. They are well worth a visit especially during one of their many fiestas
In our opinion its in one of the best locations for a great holiday and fantastic location for all ages.

Relaxing get-a-way

Perfect holiday location and accomodation. The accomodatiom was excellent, clean and tidy (the only way it could be improved would be to install air conditioning) and the pool being right outside the back door was ideal for days we didn't want to venture far. Several beaches near by with the nearest a mere 10 min walk away. Cabo Roig has a lot more to offer now with bars and restaurents only a 5 min walk away, but plenty of other options if required. This accomodation is an ideal location to relax and 'chill' out or as a base to relax after a fun packed day.

Not without car!

At first I would like to say that the house itself with the pool is very nice and clean! We were lucky to be there with only few other people so it was very quiet. The only negative thing about the features advertised is that there was no radio as it is said in the description. About the area, I have to say for us (4 girls around 20, very fit actually) it was quite disappointing that we had such far walks to go to reach the actual town of Cabo Roig. Therefore I would definitely advise anyone renting the house to have a car to use. Especially, because all the water in the house is chlorinated so you'll have to buy water for everything which is just way too much to carry such a long way. The town of Cabo Roig really disappointed us because there are hardly any Spanish, and therefore about none of the Spanish culture. Most "inhabitants" are either tourists or a lot of English. We found that a real pity because we would have liked to get to know the Spanish culture and people a little more. For the supermarket in town it is important to know that it is very expensive because it sells typically northern european food and products. So therefore it would be important to be able to drive to the next supermarket by car. There is a bus in town but it runs only once an hour and the times would have to be looked up online because there is no timetable there. The one very positive aspect of the area is the beach which we really enjoyed!! Very nice and sandy (no rocks), very clear water, no jellyfish and a little bar which is selling a few cocktails and snacks. As of partying there is not much to go to. There are a few bars on the main road of Cabo Roig but for us those weren't fitting at all. There is one karaoke bar called 'smiling jacks' where the cocktails were pretty good but the choice was pretty small and the guests were all a little older. (40+ with exceptions) Young people (only tourists!) go to the "bushwaka" which is a bar/restaurant during the day and there's some music and a DJ at night. The food is good for a fastfood restaurant (except for the salad, gross!!), the beverage choice is pretty good, too but there's only very few space to actually dance later. So if you're looking out for some actual partying in a club or such you wont find anything in Cabo Roig. So to come to a conclusion, I can only recommend the house itself and the relatively close-by beach, but if you want to eat something real Spanish (not English or Chinese) you'd definitely need a car to come around a bit! But all in all we really enjoyed our stay!! :)

There is a radio in the TV and one next to settee. You can drink the water but it is not to everyones taste. There are 20 or 30 bars and restaurants on both sides of the Cabo Roig strip and more behind. There are a few Spanish bars and restaurantsand night club but they are situated at the top and end and some behind the strip.Havana Bar,Don Marino,Spanish Bistro and more. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance but agree that carrying shopping would be trying. There is a short cut, at the back of the apartment, to the the strip and shops.

Peaceful retreat

Lovely location. 15 minute walk to bars and beach. Car useful for elderly or infirm.
