NICE HOLIDAY VILLA BENISSA COSTA, FOR 5 PEOPLE AND W ITH PRIVATE POOL. Halfway between Calpe and Moraira, in a beautiful corner of the coast of Benissa, about 2 kms from the sea.

LAYOUT:Built on one floor, the south facing pool being a little lower. Living room, totaly equipped kitchen, double room with double bed with an en suite. A triple room (bunk beds and a single bed), one bathroom with shower. The kitchen opens to a covered terrace leading to the garden and pool.

EXTERIOR: The plot, about 800 m2, fully fenced, is ideal for children, with orange trees and fruit trees. The pool area, surrounded by the garden, and sunloungers, has a toilet and enjoys plenty of privacy. Equipped with a portable BBQ.
Ample parking for several vehicles.
Solarium on the roof of the villa accessed by a spiral staircase has beautiful open views all the way to the sea.

SITUATION: The villa enjoys a prime location (Montemar area), away from busy highways, it is tranquil and calm, but easily accessible.

OTHER: Small pets are welcome.
