Holiday villa for rent in Sitges

The design villa is built in a modern style and was finished in 2011. The house is constructed in four levels.
At the upper level you will find the driveway that connects the villa to the road, and gives entry to the house. On the same level there is the utility room with all the washing appliances (washer and dryer machines). A flight of stair connects this floor with the other three levels of the house.
The stairs take you down to the second level where you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Each bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe for storage space. The master bedroom has a dresser with an open plan wardrobe and a large bathroom with shower ensuite.
Bedrooms number two and three share another full equipped bathroom with bathtub.
On the lower level you’ll find the living + dining room with access to the main terrace. This large 40mts2 area features a designer’s sofa with matching armchair and two pouffes for some extra sitting space.
The technology set is also in this area and is composed by a large LCD flat screen TV and a DVD reader.
The indoor dining area features an extendable wooden table with matching chairs.
Large sliding doors open onto the private porch, protected by a retractable shade, where our guest will find the outdoor dining area equipped with a large wooden table with chairs.
The private pool, surrounded by a non slip ceramic sundeck, will delight both, the younger and the older ones in the family.
Two designer’s sun loungers are the perfect place to take a nap after an exciting sightseeing day.
Back inside the house, and still on the same level, there is the large fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher.
Furthermore, at this level, there is a smaller bedroom with a bunk beds and a half bathroom with sink and WC.
Our guests will probably spend most of their time at this level, where they will be able to relax on the large sofa while watching television or a DVD, splash in their private pool, have a good dinner at the dining table in the living room or at the table at the main terrace, overlooking the hills.
Finally, from the main floor, stairs take you to the basement level where our guests will find a ping pong table and other games for some family entertainment.
The house is fully air conditioned and all blinds are electric, so comfort is assured!
Each level offers nice views of the natural surroundings.
All guests staying at the wonderful AIRAM VILLA will enjoy a holiday that perfectly combines the tranquility of the surrounding nature with all the good that the wonderful beach town of Sitges and the nearby cosmopolitan city of Barcelona have to offer.
