Luxury villa to rent in Moraira (Costa Blanca). For up to 10 people, it is very well located, only 500m to Moraira beach, shopping center and services. The villa is surrounded byt pine and vineyard, in the well-known area called "La sort de Moraira" meaning "the luck of Moraira".
The property is built in 3 floors connected indoor.
Downstairs and access floor, 2 double bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with twins), 2 bathrooms, one of them has jaccuzzi and hydro-massage. Access to the garage, parking and part of the garden.
The main floor, has 3 double rooms (2 with double bed and 1 with twins). One of the double room has a bath in suite and dressing-rrom. Another bathroom, large living room, dining room opening to the terrace and pool area. The independant fully fitted kitchen opens to a nice outdoor dining corner, with BBQ next to the pool and garden.
The upper-floor has another room-library opening to the solarium.
OUTDOOR:
A very well-cared garden completely surrounds the villa. Nicely lightened, the parking is large enough to park several cars.
The pool, facing south, is fenced and provides security for children.
