The first double bedroom which has twin beds and fitted wardrobes and looks out to the front of the property.

The second double bedroom has twin beds with a large terrace looking onto the garden. This light and airy room has a dual aspect and has stunning views of the mountains and surrounding areas.

There is a shower room on this floor with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.

Large open area which incorporates a dining area/large living area. The dining area has patio doors leading onto large terrace for al fresco dining and is overlooking the garden/pool/mountains. The terrace has steps leading down to the pool (8m x 4m).

There is also a large living area with TV and dvd player, books and dvds.

There is a fully equipped fitted kitchen including oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a breakfast area. Doorway leads to the large garden (850m).

There is a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.

The master bedroom is a very large double bedded room with an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite comprises bath, shower, twin wash basins and bidet.

Smoking is not permitted within these villas however there are no restrictions outside. Linen and towels are provided.

There is off street parking and a security entrance for safety. We would recommend you hire a car to enable you to visit some of the beautiful locations in the surrounding areas.

Although the villa is in a tranquil location you only have a short drive to the picturesque village of Busot which has a minimarket, local shops, bars and restaurants.

The larger town of El Campello is a 15 minute drive away. There are miles of beautiful white sandy beaches with lots of bars, restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets etc. There is also a market on Wednesdays.

Close by you have the Cuevas de Canelobre (Candelabra Caves) (well worth a visit). Alicante is only a 15 minute drive away and has lots for you to do, including visiting the Santa Barbera castle and going to Tabarca island which was once inhabited by pirates! Take a visit to Villajoyosa where Valor chocolate is made. You can take a trip around the factory and then sample the chocolate! If you go to Benidorm (which has 6kms of some of the best beaches in Europe)you have Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura animal reserve, Aqualandia water park, Mundomar Sea life centre which are great for all the family. For nightlife you can enjoy a fun-filled medieval night jousting with knights or even go to Benidorm Palace which is a fantastic dinner and show. Other great places to visit are Elche, Guadalest, Calpe, Fonts de Algar waterfalls and Polop to name but a few.

For the golfers there are no less than three 18 hole golf courses, the closest being Bonalba Golf which is a 10 minutes drive away. As well as the golf you can enjoy spa treatments, sauna, have a workout in the gymnasium, or just relax by the outdoor water park.

Busot is a traditional spanish village which is situated between Alicante and Benidorm.
