The apartment is located 10 minutes from Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Catalunya, the Ramblas, the Palau de la Música, the Holy Family and 20 minutes from the beach, and is well connected with metro and bus stops to 2 steps and very close to many other tourist attractions. The apartment is designed and fully renovated in 2013, equipped with all the amenities of a regular home and very well preserved. The layout of the apartment is a large dining room, bathroom, kitchen and three bedrooms, one double, one single and one for two people, so the floor is suitable for 5 people. The apartment has: heating, internet, tv, dvd, stereo, fully equipped kitchen and all furniture brand new. The nearest underground stations are Tetuan (L2, purple line) and Girona (L4, yellow line).
