Walking distance to beach, marina and center of Puerto Banus, this 3 bedroom with en-suite bathrooms penthouse gives you privacy and quiet comfort in a luxurious environment comparable to 5 star hotels in the Marbella area.
Penthouse has marble floors, is decorated by Marbella interior designers and fitted by owners with top materials from bedding to glassware. Whether you want to enjoy a glass of champagne on one of the three terraces, or cook a family meal on the gas BBQ or in the fully fitted Siemens kitchen, everything is present to make your stay unforgettable.
Alternatively, you can chose from a wide variety of restaurants that are all in walking distance of the penthouse. An OpenCor convenience store with on-site bakery is just 100 meters away for any groceries you may need.
The property is guarded 24/7 by private security and offers a tropical garden, large pool and sun deck. In July and August, a life guard is present at the pool ensuring the safety of the swimmers.
The penthouse occupies the top floor, but through the ingenious architecture, this is just the first floor which makes it easily accessible. Additionally a lift connects the penthouse to its two underground parking spaces. Cleaning services can be hired during your stay so you don't need to worry about anything.
Free wireless internet, flatscreen TV, DVD, stereo, wireless Bose iPod docking station are at your disposal.
Fully fitted Siemens kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, regular oven, fridge, Nespresso, ... A washer and dryer are also available in the penthouse or alternatively, you can use the on-site laundry services.

Stunning apartment in puerto banus

This apartment is everything and more to have a lovely holiday. We will definitely go back again.
