The hamlet sits perfectly within its surroundings of lush pastures, woodland and mountains providing unsurpassed views of the valley. Ubriezos tranquil beauty helps make it a truly amazing holiday venue, whether you choose to explore the Picos and its fabulous coast or simply watch its diverse wildlife whilst relaxing around the pool or the barbeque area. Ubriezo feels wonderfully secluded and private, however the historical medieval market town of Potes is just 11 Km away with all its restaurants, cafes and many other facilities.

Casa La Fuente is one of three other holiday homes that the Blanco family own and have available within Ubriezo, information in regards to the other casas: casa El Nogal, El Mirador One and El Mirador Two is available via email.

Casa Fuente is a south-facing 3 bedroom home capable of accommodating up to 7 people (the twin room can accommodate an extra single bed). Via the front door you enter the entrance hall and to the right there is a large twin bedroom, complete with It's one of four other 2 bedroom holiday homes that are also available within Ubriezo. Via the front door you enter the entrance hall and to the right there is a large twin bedroom, complete with en-suite shower, WC and washbasin. Following the stairs upwards you enter the large open plan kitchen/ lounge/ dining areas, each area offering ample room in which to relax, cook and dine. The lounge and dining areas have wooden floors, whilst the kitchen area has a tiled floor. Double doors in the dining area lead you onto a balcony from which you can view the valley and surrounding mountains. Leaving the lounge area through a door you enter a hallway and located in front of you is a full size family bathroom. To the left is a bedroom with twin beds, to the right of the bathroom is the third bedroom with a double bed. The shared pool is approximately 25 metres away and the barbeque area approximately 20 meters.

Notes
Philip Smith, is a friend and neighbour of the Blanco family. He voluntarily helps them to arrange bookings for their English speaking clients and will meet you on the day of your arrival along with a family representative they will show you the casa and provide a brief tour of the hamlet and its facilities. Philip Smith will be your contact via email however, if you wish to speak directly to the Blanco's then please call their number direct.

All the prices shown are inclusive of tax

In order to reserve a casa a deposit of 120 euros is required via a bank transfer. The outstanding balance is payable in Euros upon arrival.

There are three further two bedrooms casas available to rent from the family Blanco within Ubriezo, so the availability calendar can look empty but we only show a reserved week if all the casas are reserved in that period.

The family Blanco are the owners of Casa Fuente and three other two bedroom holiday casas in Ubriezo. They have run their very successful holiday home business since the early 1990's and are respected members of the Rural Tourism Association of Cantabria. The family have lived and worked the land around Ubriezo for generations.
