Villa La Abeja de Miel. Conveniently located in the town of Alhaurin el Grande. The road where this charming villa is situated is called Urbanizacion el Cigarral.
The property consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, a fully equiped kitchen. A spacious open plan living - dinning room with ample seating and a dinning area, a wood burning fire and a safe.
A sunroom with additional dinning area, Dishwasher and large fridge freezer.
There is also Internet access points and a desk area. A fully enclosed garden, private pool and a Tranquil terrace with terrace furniture.
As well as an outdoor summer kitchen and a BBQ.
Alhaurin and the towns surrounding it have a seemingly endless list of things to do and see. There are many golf clubs nearby, Alhaurin Golf is just a 6 minute drive away! Lakes perfect for fishing and scenic drives through the countryside are always a treat, where you can stop at little ventas (countryside restaurants and bars) and have a reasonably priced Traditional Spanish meal.
The villa benefits from being a few houses along from one of the best Stakehouses in Alhaurin el Grande. El Cigarral is a very peacful area but its only a 10 minute walk into town if exciting nightlife is what you seek.
Its about 30 minutes to the coast and 45 to Malaga Airport.
Theres also a lot to do down at the coast and there's many activities for children like Fuengirola Zoo, Mijas Agua park. Benalmadena also has a butterfly Park and Selwo Marina where you can interact with dolphins. There's also plenty of Shopping and various shopping malls too! La Trocha - Coin is a 9 minute drive and Parque Myramar - Fuengirola is a 30 minute drive. There are many others too such as Plaza Mayor and La Cañada.
Good beaches and boat trips are never too far, there are day trips to Morocco and its a 2h trip to Gibraltar and 1h to "Fuente de piedra" a lake where you can see Beautiful Flamingos.
Mijas Pueblo (town) is just 20 minutes away, which is a very popular traditional Spanish Village. Donkey rides and Horse riding are offered.
Its very easy to get to Malaga or down to the coast by car but there are also buses running during the day and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the villa!
