Situated in the village of Isla Plana within the beautiful ensenada de mazarron (Mazarron Cove) the apartment is south facing with the large terrace making the most of the sunshine until it disappears over the mountains.
There are a number of restaurants and bars around the bay were you can spend evenings watching the sunset.
The town of Puerto de Mazarron is within walking distance with its new trendy marina, sandy beaches, restaurants and shops.

Street view on the map is out of date 2009, the buildings are complete, there are no cranes

I have recently purchased this property in Isla Plana (May 2012)
originally for myself friends and family I have now decided to rent the property during the weeks that it is not being used,
With over 300 days of sunshine the apartment can be used all year, ideal to get some winter sun.
I hope you enjoy the apartment and surrounding area as much as I do.

Stunning sea views

Beautiful apartment very comfortable and quality throughout, Beach walks are amazing with the temptation of a cold beer in a bar with the most amazing view. Going back in October 2013 for 2 weeks this time.
