VILLANUEVA del TRABUCO is a typical white-washed Spanish Village set in heart of Andalucia. The friendly village which is ideal for walkers is only a 40 minute drive from Malaga Airport and 50mins from Granada Airport on a dual carriageway which makes Trabuco very accessable for the holiday maker. The village is ideally placed for day trips to TORREMOLINOS, MARBELLA and the beautiful ALHAMBRA PALACE in Granada. Skiing in the SIERRA NEVADA MOUNTAINS are just over 1 hours drive and golf in ANTEQUERA only 20 km away.
THE HOUSE:-Casa Villares 2 is a modernised 2 bedroom townhouse in an elevated position in the old part of the village with a beautiful view over the rooftops towards the mountains.
KITCHEN/DINER:- Kitchen with light wood units, stainless steel sinks and feature brick wall at the side of the units. Washing machine, Fridge, Microwave and everything you will need to make your stay an comfortable and enjoyable.
SITTING ROOM:-T.V, C.D. player and comfortable sofas. From the sitting room is a marble staircase leading to the 1st floor.
BATHROOM:- White suite with over-bath shower and ample storage.
BEDROOM 1:- Twin beds, a large fitted wardrobe and dressing table
BEDROOM 2:- Full size bunkbeds and wardrobe, a staircase from the bedroom leads you up to the lovely roof terrace.
ROOF TERRACE:- Large terrace with superb views enabling you to watch the sunrise to sunset.- There is a table and chairs with parasol to allow you to enjoy your meals alfresco,there is also sun loungers to relax on.
WHAT TO DO:-Hill walking, Horse riding,are available in and around the town and also swimming in the large,newly refurbished outdoor pool, open June - Sept. There is also a swimming pool in Villanueva del Rosario a village 2 miles away. You can also swim in the stunning IZNAJAR Lake with its sandy beaches only a short drive from the town. There are many friendly bars and restaurants in and around the village if you dont feel like cooking. There is a variety of shops and supermarkets, banks with cash points only a very short walk from the house. The village can supply everything you may require.
This is an ideal place for that relaxing holiday.

On the morning of your departure make sure you have everything out of the house, passports tickets etc, before you close the door as we ask you to leave the keys in the house for the house keeper to pick up.
