A unique opportunity to stay in two apartments on the lower floor of a large villa but with sole use of the villas pool and garden. The owners do not use the upper floor while the apartments are rented so it is totally private during your stay!

Only 7 minutes drive from Roses town and beaches!

The villa is situated in an exlusive urbanisation called "Bellavista" which is nestled at the bottom of the Pyrenees mountain range which makes a stunning backdrop.

Parking on private gated driveway, you then walk down a few steps to the apartments on the garden and pool level.

The accomodation consists of two separate apartments each with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining area. There is another bedroom in the middle of both apartments which joins both together, perfect for the children to sleep in.

Outside there is plenty of space to enjoy outdoor dining, areas of shade provided by the trees and plenty of room in the garden and around the pool for sunbathing. It is a great garden for children to play in.

There are sea views from the garden of the Bay, Marina and Trinity Castle which also looks lovely when lit up at night.

The urbanisation of Bellavista connects to the village of Palau Saverdera so you can walk to some great restaurants, cafes, a post office, butchers, bakers and a couple of supermarkets too.

Situated in the Dali triangle, anyone interested in Salvador Dali or art in general, a visit to the Dali museum in Figueres is a must, Dali's old residence in Port Lligat is highly recommended or the Gala Dali Castle at Pubol.

There are many things to do and see around the area including go karting, scuba diving, horse riding, water park, sky diving, kayaking, wind surfing, sailing, kite surfing, jet skis, boating, cycling plus much more...

There is an information folder in the apartments to give recommendations of other places to visit, local towns, villages and beaches to make sure you have a memorable holiday even though some prefer to just totally relax by the pool!

Out of season please ask for lower prices if only one apartment required!

In order to reserve your booking a deposit needs to be paid of 20% via bank transfer, sorry we do not accept cheques. Final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cleaning is 160€ and is payable in cash on arrival as well as a 500€ security deposit, the security deposit will be paid back in cash on day of departure.
Towels for the house and the beach and all bedding are all included.

Home from home

We've had 2 separate weeks in this property, 12 months apart. It is an easy drive from Gerona airport, passing supermarkets on the way for us to stock up with food etc. The apartment was clean, tidy, modern, everything in good working order, easy to find, in a quiet position on the edge of the village, just a short walk in for freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly baked croissants in the mornings - wonderful. The pool kept the children quiet, there's a shower room next to the pool, sun loungers, umbrella etc, everything needed for a quiet villa holiday. Plenty around the surrounding area to do such as Dali's house at Cadaques, an evening meal at Santa Margarita or Castello d'Empunes, Rosas, Figueres & Empuriabrava for shopping and the large expanse of sea and sand all around the coast. There is a water park within about a mile of the property, along with go karting, both of which kept our boys busy for 2 full days, heaven!

We will go again !

My family and I have stayed in this villa on several occasions at different times of the year. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood of the village and has a lovely garden. In summer you can chill out in the pool or under the pine trees for a siesta. it is ideally located for the many and varied activities and places of interest that can be found in the surrounding area. Ideal for families and friends as you can rent either one or two flats because they intercommunicate. Eat out on the terrace or poolside, or try one of the many local restaurants. You can get everything you need in the village supermarkets. We had a great time and would recommend staying there.
