It's a two floors house with an american kitchen and dinning room on the ground floor, with a fire place. There's an entrance terrace with a barbecue, and a front private garden that connects to the community garden and pool. Upstairs there are two double rooms, one with bunk beds and an extra mattress, and the other with a double bed. Just by the house there's a big forest that takes you to the beach of Cala Montgó, ideal to go cycling with the family. All services are less than tow minutes drive (Carrefour, LIDL, Bon Preu,..), and you can be down town very easily. Also hospital and pharmacies are right there, too.
The community is very familiar (families with young kids), and the area is very green and clean. Every week the man keeper comes several times to check the pool and to clean the community area. You can park in front of the house without any problem.
L'Escala is a nice fisher villa, close to many other important villages and places to visit, like Girona, Figueres ( Dali's museum), Empuriabrava, Cadaqués, Llança. And it's only a one hour 30 minutes from Barcelona, or 45 minutes from Girona's airport. Lots of sports and cultural activities are waiting for you there (surfing, diving, golf, sailing, water parks, walking,...). You will love the area and will like to repeat.

You need a car to come to the house and move around. You can park in front of the house and you will be able to visit many places and go to different beaches. We have rented the house for almost 12 years and our costumers have been very happy, some of them even have repeat their vacation with us. So we welcome you to come and enjoy your vacation with us.

I work as a Primary School teacher in a public school in Barcelona, I teach PE, English, Music. I love music and I have made two albums. Right now I am working on my third album, only classical guitar. My wife works as a doctor assistance and my two boys study junior and high school. The house has all the equipment for our customers, so they feel very comfortable and like at home. Our wish is that you will come, enjoy a nice time with your family, and recover new enthusiasm to go back home.
