Holiday apartment in Costa Blanca

This lovely holiday apartment located in the centre of Torrevieja has everything you need: it is situated in a walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, shops and a bus station(3 minute to supermarket Consum). It is only 10 minute walk to a beautiful marina, a lovely town beach with a wide promenade and 1.6 km long pier that ends at a lighthouse of the Torrevieja port. The apartment is on the first floor with access to a communal swimming pool and a roof terrace. It has two bedrooms; the bigger one with two double beds and the smaller one with one double bed. Both bedrooms are fully furnished. Well equipped open plan kitchen opens into a large and cosy living room with a plasma HD TV. The air conditioned living room leads to a balcony. A good size bathroom has a shower over a bath.

Payment Terms

A deposit of €100 is required to secure your booking. It will be returned within 7 working days after your last day of stay provided that there has been no damage to or loss of goods in the the property. The full payment is required no later than 21 working days prior to the check-in date. The price includes bedding and a set of towels.
