Welcome to this fantastic,modern, partly renovated townhouse in one of the better areas of Mijas Costa. From the roofterrace there is a beautiful view over the Mountains.

Welcome to this fantastic, modern, partly renovated townhouse in three levels in one of the better areas of Fuengirola. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view over the mountains.

The house is situated in a private residential neighborhood at the end of a closed road with a gate.

The outside is built in typical Andalusian style and the inside is furnished with Scandinavian furniture.

The house is in a private area where the flora and fauna are extremely nice and well maintained. The area is very safe and quiet. In one of the green areas there is a big, nice and not crowded common pool. There is no garantie for water in the pool between the 1. of october and the 1. of may

The townhouse has all the facilities you would expect in a modern home:

Kitchen with dishwasher, American fridge where you can drink clean water (special drinking filter installed) , freezer, stove, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, WI-FI, satellite TV with Danish, English and Spanish channels, flat screen, DVD, cozy fireplace, air con in all rooms, bed linen, towels (beach & pool), Weber charcoal and gas grill, outdoor patio furniture and sun beds.

Things for the youngest guests: Handy sit (baby chair you place on a normal chair), a travel baby bed, cot and linen (pillow & blanket) and children toys.

The layout of the house:

The kitchen, entrance and the living room are situated at the ground floor. Also, here you find two of the three terraces.

At the first floor you find two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom and the master bedroom with a bathroom an suite.

The second floor contains a bedroom, a roof terrace and the washing-laundry facilities.

Close to the house, you can also find various other activities:

Zoo, water park, amusement park, Crocodile park, dolphin show, butterfly park, Sealife Aquarium, bullfights, cinema, restaurants, bars, nightlife, go-carting, horse riding, hiking, bike rental, football, skiing, and lots of super fine golf courses! !.

There are plenty of shopping options nearby.

The highly renowned shopping center El Corte Ingles is also just 1 km away.

3km away is also the major shopping center Miramar.

It takes about 1 hours drive to get to the beautiful Gibraltar where you can see the monkeys and Saint Michaels Cave – remember your passport.
