The apartment is a few minutes walk to the exclusive Puerto Duquesa marina (above) and near to beaches. Approx 15 mins to Puerto Banus and a great base to explore the whole Marbella area and beyond.

We are in a secure gated community of only 33 apartments with pretty gardens and pools (Las Collinas)

Please note the apartment is classed as being in the Marbella holiday region NOT in the resort itself. Duquesa is approx 15 minutes from Puerto Banus.

The apartment is on the ground floor and benefits from a quiet corner position and small private garden and patio area. There is a private parking space at the rear. The two-bedrooms and two bathrooms are very spacious and come with marble floors, full double-glazing and air conditioning. There are two on-site swimming pools and a third one nearby which can be used if preferred.

Duquesa enjoys a wonderful location to the west of Marbella and the famous Puerto Banus where the rich and famous moor their yachts. The apartment itself is close to the fabulous Duquesa Golf Club and the exclusive marina and beaches.

Inland you will find the ‘real’ Spain on your doorstep. Andalusia has a rich and varied culture with a history stretching back to the Moors. We recommend that you visit the Alhambra Palace at Granada and the breathtaking gorge at Ronda. Further afield are the ancient cities of Seville and Cadiz as well as many beautiful ‘white villages’ such as Casares and Gaucin.
