Lovely apartment right on the boulevard of Estepona, next door to the Carrefour, with beautiful views over the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and Africa 5 minutes walk to lovely Estepona.

Estepona has a beautiful beach and a beautiful promenade. At the beginning of the boulevard lies the apartment Edificio Jacaranda, 5-10 minute walk from the original center. The apartment has beautiful views over the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and even Africa on a clear day. A large garden with a swimming pool and separate children's pool is exclusively for the use of residents and tenants. Next door is the Carrefour, a very well stocked supermarket.

Edificio Jacaranda 305 has a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both the living room and the bedrooms are adjacent to the terrace. The apartment is tastefully furnished and equiped with every luxury, including washing machine, tumbledryer, dishwasher, hub, oven, microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, etc. with Dutch television channels and CD player are available as well as CDs and a large sort Dutch literature. The apartment is air conditioned and heated. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

The coastal town of Estepona has a beautiful beach and a beautiful promenade. At the beginning of the boulevard lies the small apartment Edificio Jacaranda, 5-10 minutes from the authentic city with its many restaurants and bars. The fishing and marina at the end of the promenade just 20 minutes. From the apartments you have a wonderful view over the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and even Africa on a clear day. A large garden with a swimming pool and separate children's pool is exclusively for the use of residents and tenants. Next door is a very well stocked supermarket.

Estepona Situated on the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Gibraltar, about 45 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Andalucía is the southernmost, autonomous Spanish region and is famous for its beautiful nature and culture. Think of cities like Seville, Cadiz, Cordoba, Ronda, Granada and Malaga with their Moorish influences. Estepona is so central that all these places can be done as a daytrip.

Known for sun, sea, beaches and tapas, but equally loved by the culture, history and beautiful landscape ... Spain is varied, both in climate and in terms of culture, lifestyle and nature: a green, hilly landscape with pastures and small fishing villages to the mountains with eternal snow, like the Sierra Nevada or the Pyrenees. The steep rocky coast to the busy beaches of the Costa's, from the worldly towns to the small medieval villages inland. The diversity and the contrasts which characterize Spain, is also reflected in the culture. The country is littered with cultural attractions, each with their own influences: Celtic, Iberian, Greek, Roman, Moorish. The Spanish people a vibrant culture, which is reflected in the many folk festivals and in music and dance (remember the 'Flamenco' in Andalusia or the gentler Sardana in Catalonia) and each region has its own festivals and customs. Moreover, Spain has an excellent cuisine: olives and olive oil, tapas, fish and seafood paella, wine, sherry and a versatile local gastronomy.

The "Coast of the Sun", in southern Spain, has its name from its sunny climate, with over 300 days of sunshine per year! The Costa del Sol is highly developed tourism and has become the most popular Costa of Andalusia for sun and beach lovers. The Costa del Sol stretches over 161 km coastline and is divided into a western and eastern shared.

Most famous places of the Costa del Sol are in the west. Torremolinos, the popular seaside resort, famous for its shops, bars and discos. Another famous place is jetset resort of Marbella. Characteristic here are the long beaches, good restaurants and a pleasant, carefree atmosphere on the terraces on the bustling squares or in busy shopping.

East of Malaga are famous towns of Torrox, Rincon de la Victoria and Torre del Mar, a popular seaside resort with sandy beaches, numerous cafes and restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. One of the prettiest villages on the coast, the former fishing village of Nerja. Take a look at the old (pedestrian) center, with white houses and winding streets, and do not forget to visit the boulevard. This boulevard is called the "Balcony of Europe", with its spectacular location. But the main attraction of Nerja are the "Cuevas de Nerja". This huge cave complex of caves with prehistoric paintings, counts as the most important in Spain and of great archaeological importance. The caves are also used as a natural theater.

Also take a visit to the capital, Malaga. This place attracts thousands of visitors for its beautiful beaches and there are plenty of nightlife, shopping and attractions. In the center is the Moorish Alcazaba. This former palace is now the "Museo Arqueológico" and offers a magnificent view over the city.

The Costa del Sol is also the place to be for the golf enthusiast, you will find a wide selection of well-equipped golf courses. Of course, water sports also enjoy their stay here, because the Costa del Sol offers plenty of opportunities.

Want to see more, visit the beautiful countryside of Andalucia and take a trip by car through rocky landscapes, forests and ravines and along charming villages. Here lies the Parque Natural Sierras massif de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama, with its superb hiking or horseback riding can make. In the town of Antequera is "El Torcal de Antequera", an impressive landscape of various special the hinterland to the White Villages Route (Ronda - Arcos de la Frontera) and not forgetting the beautiful city of Granada!

Excellent

We just loved our 12 days in this appartment which fully lives up to our expectations. The town it self was lovely and with plenty of really nice restaurants and it was possible to read the menu without the waitress was over you :-) We will for sure come back to the this place and this exact appartment. Thank you Tom and Mieke for your very friendly way to make us welcome :-)

Apt 305 Jacaranda

We have stayed on the Costa Del Sol 3 or 4 times each year for some 15 years but this trip was only the second holiday in Estepona. Apt 305 is a hidden gem located at the end of the great 3km promenade that runs all along the excellent Blue Flag beach. One can be on the beach in a few seconds or remain on the large attractive terrace (covered area or uncovered area) that directly overlooks the ocean. As Tom pointed out, the exterior of the building is being repaired and repainted but the works did not impact on our stay in the apartment. The apartment was as advertised by Tom and Mieke and therefore it fully lived up to our expectations. Also, Tom and Mieke could not have been more helpful and were most keen to ensure that we enjoyed our stay in their excellent apartment. We have stayed in more expensive and less expensive apartments and accordingly we are able to confirm that 305 offers good value for money. We hope and expect to stay there again in the future but we know that we shall have to book early because of 305's popularity.

Jacaranda 305

We have stayed in Jacaranda in a number of apartments run by Tom and Mieke over the last 10 years. The owners live on site and are always available for help and advice. The apartment block is ideally situated at one end of the promenade, with easy walking distance to all the town offers. Also adjacent to a large Carrefour for daily shopping. The beach is directly outside the apartment, with a pretty private pool area which in our experience is never busy. 305 is our favourite apartment with a super 80sq metre terrace (half covered) so we ate out regardless of the weather. Looking forward to returning in September!

The view and terrasse was great . Renovation started at property - Needed

The property owners live in the same building and are very friendly and attentive . I will say everything were as descriped in the advertisment ..... however .... The building it self where the apartment is situated, is now being renovated , and to put it mildly it is needed . We would have loved to see a few pics of the outside of the property before choosing the place . To have building workers setting up stuff and work with dust and stuff around the entrance and the pool area does not exactly invite to use the swimmming facility , which is the smallest we have seen in any complexe yet . Of course as the owners explained - the timing was not known when we made our reservation . Looking at the positive thing - nice view to Ocean and Gibraltar , nice large terrasse , possibility to be in the open and under roof in the evenning . The Biggest superrmarket in miles is 200 meters away - also giving some noise as well ad the carwash is easily heard from the terrasse . Compared to other rental appartments we have had in Costa del sol - price / quality - the state of the overall property- which is looking really bad , it was too expensive . But the things which was described were there-,we would probably just have described it differently .

We have 4 apartments we rent out (let). Already for 15 to 20 years. So we rented one of our apartments out about a thousand (1000) times. We have many renters who come back once or twice a year for 2, 4 or 6 weeks. We dare to say that our clients are very happy to rent our apartments. The satisfaction rate is between 95 and 100%. We rent out our apartments via Spain-Holiday since 2014. We have 5 reviews for our apartment ref. 13297, 2 reviews for our apartment ref. 19789 and 5 reviews for our apartment 20062. Our (satisfaction) ratings are 25/25, 9,5/10 and 25/25 so in total 59,5 out of 60 (99%). On the question if “the property lived up to your expectations…” renters gave us 59,5 out of 60 (99%). And the Quality/Price ratio is 58 out of 60 (96,6%). About the same figures we are used to from our renters over the years. You can imagine that this makes us happy. Then we got our first review for our apartment ref. 20163 from Mr Frank O. Brannvoll. He made a lot of positive remarks about ourselves (14/15), the apartment, the terrace and the view over the sea and to Gibraltar. So we were surprised that he rated our apartment 3 out of 5 (60%), the Quality/Price 1,5 out of 5 (30%) and that he answered the question “if the property lived up to your expectations…” 0,5 out of 5 (10%). Every 10 years the building has to be painted. We were not informed when that would take place. And we did not know at the time of booking. We can imagine that Mr and Mrs Brannvoll got a bit scared to see scaffolding. But the scaffolding is now situated on the other side of the building with no disturbance whatsoever for the apartment they rented. And the work has not started yet, so we do not understand anything about dust… We can imagine it is not nice to see and the view from the swimming pool and the garden is affected. But it did not bother other guests who used the swimming pool normally. Nobody ever complaint about the size of the pool (15x6 meters) or noise from the carwash.
