House snuggled between the charming, peaceful, fishing villages of Colonia St Pedro and Son Serra de Marina, S’Estanyol offers nature at its best.

It is surrounded by magnificent mountains through which hiking and biking trails reveal spectacular views of what is a National Trust area. The large, expanse of sandy, virgin beach - Sa Canova -is on your doorstep as are cosy, romantic, rocky coves for those who desire to lose themselves in more intimate locations.

Wake to the gentle whisper of a breeze dancing through the palm leaves, as the waves murmur to soothe the peaceful, rocky shore, then step out of bed on to the balcony to witness the sun rise over a magical mountain range to your right illuminating the coastline, directly in front of you. Similarly at night the side terrace allows one to enjoy an incredible view of the stars.

This cheerful Mediterranean house is perfect for those seeking to enjoy nature in one of the most beautiful and untouched areas of Mallorca. It is the perfect size for a family holiday: new parquet floors, satellite TV and well-lit rooms with an excellent source of natural light. There is a bathroom alongside each bedroom, one every floor. It has also one bedroom, the living room and the kitchen on the ground floor then two more bedrooms, a balcony and a terrace upstairs. The garden has an outdoor shower and a spacious terrace with sunshades, a barbeque and a hammock.

The surroundings are suited to a vast number of outdoor pursuits, in both winter and summer, including trekking or biking holidays, horse riding, surfing, kite and wind surfing, scuba diving, kayaking, padeling, fishing, as well as sunbathing and swimming. It is also perfect for families as the vast number of small rock pools are more than inviting for children to investigate, in their search for crabs and fish. There are five golf courses within a15 to 20-minute drive.

Colonia St Pedro, just 2 km away, offers superb traditional Mallorquin cuisine as well as fresh seafood restaurants along a gorgeous promenade; allowing you to wine and dine under the stars, enjoying the romantic coastal view. The village also has a bank, pharmacy and two supermarkets, as well as a market every Sunday. Its harbour and small, idyllic church make it picture perfect. Furthermore the historic town of Arta is only a 10-minute drive away, while the busy ports of Alcudia and Pollensa are 20 and 30 minuts away respectively.
