The apartment comprises two spacious twin bedded rooms with excellent views of the harbour, a comfortable lounge/diner with fabulous views of the beach & sea.Digital TV & radio provided. The kitchen has cooker, microwave, fridge & ample cupboard space. It is fully equipped for four persons.. Washing machine. There are two balconies for all day sunshine. Excellent for both summer & winter lets.

Shops, bars & restaurants(many with Wi-Fi) are all very close, & Calpe centre is an easy walk along the promenade. The beach last year was awarded the prestigious “White Flag” of excellence. The apartment is situated on the corner of Calle Gibraltar and Calle Denia (Travessia Gibraltar on Google sat. map)

Local activities include, golf, water sports, tennis, walking & fishing to name but a few. The fantastic theme park of Terra Mitica is situated just outside Benidorm, about 25 minutes by car. Other interesting resorts such as Moriara, Altea & Javea can be easily reached by bus or car. You can eat out for Euro 10 each including wine here in Calpe !!Most local bars have free wi fi.

Except for the months of July, August & September it is usually possible for us to arrange an airport pick up/drop off service for you at reasonable prices.

TERMS
25% non-refundable deposit on booking, with balance payable 8 weeks prior to occupancy.
There is a Bond of £100 (Euros 150) against damage or loss of keys, refundable on return of keys provided that no breakages have been reported to us. Occupancy is from 1500hrs on day of arrival to 10.30hrs on day of departure (unless arranged otherwise)
There is a supplement for July August & September of £25 (Euro 30) for less than two weeks.
We cannot accept people under 23 years of age on their own. Sorry

Well worth a visit !

We have been visitng the area for around 10 years, and love it, no stag/hen parties, the resort is mainly families, and holidays homes for the Spanish, which is a good sign! the apartment is well situated near the Ifach Rock, just by the port, views are amazing, as balconies on both sides of apartment, by far the best place we have used - would recommend to my friends, and will be back again next year.

Mid April 2012

We have been taking holidays in this area for the last 12 years and when we saw this apartnent on the website we had to try it. We were not disappointed, the views from both balcony's are superb. The hosts were very welcoming and everything we needed was in the apartment for our holiday. We found the beds very comfortable and actually slept as good as we do in our own bed. The resort was quiet at the time of our visit but we welcomed this. The beach was clean and well kept. There are restaurants for every taste within a very short walk, and in particular we liked the local chinese restaurant. The town centre has all the shops anyone would need and it is far enough away so that it soesn't disturb your holiday.

El Mar - March 2012

We have rented apartments in Calpe for many years during the winter period and found El Mar to be an exceptional property. It is well located within minutes of the harbour and its attractions. Being on the 13th floor the views from the 2 balconies could not be bettered, with sunshine for breakfast on one, and an evening beer watching the fishing fleet return and the sun go down, on the other. El Mar exceeded our expectations and was good value and we will certainly be back.

Calpe October 2011

Having stayed here previously we knew exactly what to expect and we were not disappointed. The apartment was clean and comfortable with great aspects to the beach and the marina/fish quay. It is well situated, with a supermarket and bakery close by; the beach a few minutes away and lots of good reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance.
