Our Lovely villa is on the Spanish Costa Blanca. Situated on the quiet urbanisation of Monte Pedreguer, it is within a 15 minutes drive of local beaches, bars and restaurants. Local shops and banks are but a 5 minutes drive away. It is positioned at the end of a cul-de- sac and has panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and distant sea views.
Casa-Malva is well equipped and comfortably furnished and has its own private pool by which you can enjoy those al-fresco evening meals or even breakfast!!
We have 2 twin rooms downstairs and a Master bedroom upstairs with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Ajoining this bedroom there is an outside terrace area with some of the best views accross to Javea and Denia. There is ample room up here for alfresco meals and sunbathing! You can even see the sea!! Back to the downstairs where we also have a bath/shower and toilet, living area and well equipt kitchen. There is a large sofa bed in the lounge should you wish to use it. Outside we have a shady covered area with "Love seat" where you can sit an enjoy a glass of Sangria or two whilst watching the sun set over the mountains. Down some steps the is the private kidney shaped pool (8x4 Metres) again with the same exceptional views. We also seem to avoid the plagues of mostquitos but this cannot be guaranteed!!
We have a BBQ and lovely wooden table where you can sit and enjoy an evening whilst looking at the amazing view over the mountains towards the sea.
We are just less than an hours drive from either Valencia or Alicante airports, 20 minutes from the most stunning beaches on the Costa Blanca and 15 minutes from all the bars and nightlife in Javea or Denia. Benidorm itself is just 1/2 an hour away!!You can chose between sunbathing by the pool or going to the various theme parks like Terra Mittica,Mundomar or Aqualandia nearby or maybe just go for a walk on Montgo the majestic mountain whose trunk weaves its way into the sea.
If you would prefer just to stay at home like we do you can relax by our lovely pool reclining on our sunlougers.. sometimes there really is no reason to move all day. Of an evening grab some food from the local supermarket ( 10 mins drive away!) and have yourself a BBQ and late night dip in the pool! Then come and relax on our comfy sofas inside and watch a movie on our new flat screen TV with surround sound system and blueray player.
This is an experience not to be missed, we have aircondioning for the summer months which can also be used as heating when the nights get a little cooler making our villa ideal for a summer break or a winter Warmer!
Interent Access (ADSL) is available for the workaholics. . .
The new Las Marina shopping complex is 10 minutes drive away with a fantastic selection of designer and high street shops such as Mango and Zara, a hypermarket, bowling alley and cinema. It is usually open late into the evening. There is also a large selection of cafes, bars and restaurants ranging from Mcdonalds to Spanish Tapas.
Discounts available for parties of 2 as the villa can now be let as one bedded.
