THE ACCOMMODATION IS STYLISH AND MODERN. The entry terrace has table and chairs and GAS Bar-b-q for that evening meal catching the end of the day. There is a private upper solarium for those who like to top up their sun tan while spending a relaxing day. Accommodation downstairs consists of: lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen with a double master bedroom having en-suite facilities and a twin bedroom with shower, bathroom. The third bedroom, upstairs, is self contained with twin beds and ensuite facility, it has patio doors out to the roof solarium with garden furniture. Access to upstairs is from the kitchen via an outside staircase. The villa is located a short distance from the 18 hole golf course and spar hotel with multiple pool complex. The site is well served with a supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks, dentist, medical facities, bowling alley and internet cafe for that all important contact with home.(Low cost tel. calls available) The nearest beach, marina and markets are at Puerto de Mazarron 15 mins drive away. The area is a centre for a huge choice of activities on the sea or the land including a NATIONAL PARK a short drive away with its own activities available.There is a large COMMUNAL POOL(open in summer) with cafe, restaurant and bar at Marian's Restaurant on sector A. There is a RIDING SCHOOL a short drive away.GOLFERS are particularly well catered for with a 18 hole course on site and a one of the top Spanish courses Hacienda del Alamo designed by Dave Thomas just 15 mins drive away. There are also 8 courses designed by Jack Nicklaus within an area ranging up to one hours drive away. The location is home or holiday base for many nationalities and has a very friendly,welcoming atmosphere which has one of the lowest crime rates in Spain, ideal for families, couples or friends wanting a mix of relaxation and activity. Should you wish to organise activities full information can be found in the information file held at the villa. Guided walks and trips or tours can also be arranged through Dragontours office on Sector A of the complex.

Camposol D - Mazzaron

Nice,spacious, very well appointed property,the pity is, that due to the Building Contractor not having fulfilled his obligations, the infrastructure of Camposol D,the Urbanization where the Villa is situated leaves much to be desired.Never the less, if one is willing to hire a car then there are many wonderful areas, well worth a visit, within very reachable proximity.If one is a keen on walking, there are worthwhile walks within easy reach,in conclusion, the property is one definitely worth considering

Some areas of the complex were not completed due to the recession. However these are not local to the villa. Most roads have been tarmac'd including the ones around the villa but some do need a finishing top coat.
