Very spacious, airy, private apartment. The sea and mountains can be seen from the main balcony. The sea can also been seen from the two smaller bedroom balconies.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 - with double bed, en-suite bathroom (bath/shower, handbasin, wc, bidet,) fully tiled with balcony.

Bedroom 2 – with two single beds

Bedroom 3 – with one double, one large single and balcony.

Bedroom 4 – with one large single bed

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped which includes: gas cooker, very large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. Crockery and full utensils for 8. Breakfast bar with stools.

Utility

The utility is situated recessed off the balcony with washing area, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Living Room

Large lounge/diner with patio doors onto the very long balcony. The sea can be seen from within the apartment (with the boats coming into the harbour) and the mountains. There is a dining table and chairs which seats 8 people and two settees, one being a sofa bed. There is a large flat screen TV with HDMI cable for connecting to a laptop, DVD, ipod docking station and CD player in the lounge area.

The Main Balcony

The balcony runs along the whole width of the apartment approximately 12 – 14 metres. There are two sets of patio tables and chairs. The balcony is not recessed and there are roll out sun canopies for protection from the sun.

Bathroom

Four piece suite comprising, bath/shower, handbasin, wc and bidet. Fully tiled.

The Garage

There is a secure underground parking slot in the garage with access by lift to the apartment.

Notes

The apartment is situated 5 minutes walk from the centre of Aguilas town and 3 minutes walk to the sand beach. The leisure harbour, promenade and diving schools are within a 3 minute walk.

There is an indoor market in the centre of Aguilas which is open every day for fresh fish, meat and vegetables. Every Saturday morning there is a very large market which you can purchase fresh produce, clothes and household goods. There are many beaches in the town, several with blue flag status.

Aguilas is famous for its annual carnival, which normally takes place at the end of February. Many local towns and cities can be reached by the excellent train and bus public transport system with is a short walking distance from the apartment.

Easter Getaway

This apartment was absolutely ideal for some early Spring sunshine. It is centrally located to the beach and an array of coffee shops and restaurants which means you won't need a car (although there is a space in the garage) as you can wander out at your leisure. It is perfect if you tend to eat out a lot although it's advisable to have some Spanish menu knowledge as little English is spoken. Bedrooms are light and airy and lounge room very comfortable with all your hi-fI and wi-if requirements. Owner was very helpful and accommodating as our outbound flights were cancelled which meant changing holiday dates.

Amazing Aguilas

So this is the 2nd time we've spent 4weeks in the apartment. Its a little gem for winter training being able to ride in the sun and still be in the heart of Aguilas. Great coffee shop on the front, sun on the balcony, relaxed comfortable living space and good wifi. I can recommend this aprtment for anyone looking for some sunny winter cycling!

Apartment

|The apartment was everything that we was informed of, clean and tidy all gas and electric was on just moved in, plus water milk and orange juice was in the fridge for us to use. Would recommend this place to any one who wants a really quite holiday, just chilling and relaxing as the place is very quiet

Seafront apartment

The apartment was exactly as described and extremely welcoming. Close to the seafront, but peaceful, being one street back. Loads of space, especially for the two of us. Great kitchen and the extensive balcony a real bonus.

Little Gem

We have just had a weeks break in this lovely apartment in Aguilas, and l would definitely recommend this apartment to all it is in a great location just one street up from the beach with lots of bar and restaurant just a short stroll away. The apartment building is very secure and very well kept and the lift and under ground parking comes in handy for anybody who can't climb stairs. Their were 4 of us on this trip and we had lots of room, plenty of cooking utensil, seating area inside and out. The train and bus station is a 10 min walk away although if you don't mind driving abroad it would give you a lot more freedom as not a lot of busses and trains pass through, but if you are like us and just want a complete rest this is the place for you. First time l have had an apartment that the owners took the time to explain the working of the apartment in so much detail. Would defiantly use again thank you to the Brooker's

Spacious apartment in good location

My dad and brothers stayed in this apartment March 2014, so four adults using all four bedrooms. It was ideal for them, centrally located in the town, second line from the beach, and very spacious with good facilities. They play golf and there are two good courses in the area. The owner Pauline contacted us during their stay to ensure all was OK. We would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

Vi frös i 5 dagar av 9 . Det fanns bara ett element . Osund lukt från ena badrummet gjorde att det inte användes mer än i nödfall. Det var bara bäddat i ett sovrum ,1 säng , trots att vi var anmälda 2 st.(systrar). För övrigt tog vi det med ro och hade en mycket fin vistelse med ett fantastiskt läge i stadens centrum och några minuters promenad till stranden .

It is a pity the customer misinterpreted the booking form with the beds required. If the apartment has not been used for a week or two it is obvious in a hot climate that you have to run the water in the drains to prevent odour, our instructions cover this. The radiator had to be repaired during that week.

Great Apartment - great location

Just returned from a smashing week in Aguilas. The apartment is very good value. 4 good sized bedrooms, one with en-suite. There were 7 adults in our party and there was plenty of room. The main balcony may be a little tight for that number to eat around a table, but adequate for drinks in the evening or a cup of tea in the sun in the morning. A well stocked kitchen means you can cater for yourself when you want to and the living/dining area is large and relaxing with sofas, chairs, dining table, large TV and DVD etc. The apartment is just one street from the sea front and there are a number of bars and cafes within a few minutes walk. There are a couple of decent fish restaurants within a few minutes walk around the picturesque harbour and a larger selection of restaurants a little further away. There are also a couple of beaches within a stone's throw and a never-ending selection of sandy bays if you don't mind a short drive. All in all a very good apartment and an ideal location from which to explore this lovely area of Spain.

A gem of a place away from the usual tourist areas

The apartment was perfectly suited for our family. We all felt really comfortable and the bedrooms were all fitted with ceiling fans. The beach was literally metres away and the town of Aguilas served us well with many choices of inexpensive great restaurants. This is where the Spanish come for their holidays and we can see why they want to keep it secret!
