THE HOUSE IS FULLY EQUIPED... including dishwasher and air conditioning!
Cot, high chair, child gate and extra folding bed available on request (no extra charge). Please let us know your needs and well try to accommodate them!

THE HOUSE
The house consist in an open plan kitchen, dining and living room on a very spacious ground floor. There is also a toilet and utility room which makes your stay that bit more confortable and the swimming pool is nearly at the door step.

All bedrooms are in the first floor and have build in wardrobes, there are two large bedrooms both leading to a balcony, one with a single bed and one with a double bed. The third bedroom has a single bed (one of the houses has a bunk bed in this room).

There is also a sun roof terrace were you can enjoy the sun with full privacy.


THE AREA
Cala DOr is a delightful villa resort situated on the south-east coast of Mallorca, approximately 45 minutes drive from Palma Airport. The apartment is situated in a quiet village (Calonge) just 3Km from Cala DOr with 7 sandy beaches lapped by inviting turquoise water just 5 min drive away.

ACTIVITIES
Endless number of activities are available in the area, including VALL DOR GOLF CLUB, an 18-hole golf course just 3min by car. Also for the nature lovers, the natural park of Mondrago and its untouched beach is situated 4Km away from the apartment.

Perfect Stay in quit Cologne

We stayed for one week in this house with 2 childeren(5 and 8). The house was clean and everything is working perfect. It is situatied in a nice blok of houses and the vieuw from the roofterras is beautiull (sea, landscape and townvieuw). The pool is just 25 m away and is situatied in a nice garden. Cologne is a small town with 2 small supermarkets and some restaurants. (a good Italian restaurant, La cascina is just round the corner). It is better to have a car, so you can drive to Cala D'Or in just 2 minuts (4 km) Here ou find nice beaches and a lot of restaurants and shops. The booking and respond was verry quick and with the owner everything worked out well! Thanks for everything!. We will return.

Comfortable and spacious

Comfortable and spacious house in authentical Calonge,for people who don't want to stay in hectical cala d'or but can go there driving only 5-10minutes. Only issue: sometimes noisy in the street at night caused by neigbour(local) living opposite the house.
