The house is air conditioned in the lounge/dining area and the master bedroom with ceiling fans in the other two bedrooms. It also has off road parking.
The downstairs accommodation consists of a lounge/dining room and kitchen. It has an LCD TV with satellite channels and DVD player together with one three-seater sofa and one two seater sofa. The dining area has an extending table with chairs. The kitchen has a full cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dish washer, coffee maker, kettle toaster and microwave with grill. It is also fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The third bedroom which has two single beds is located on the ground floor together with a shower room, wc and sink with storage cupboards where you will find a portable washing airer, ironing board, iron and hoover.
The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds both with built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms lead onto a balcony.
The fully tiled bathroom consists of a bath, overbath shower, washhand basin, bidet and w.c.
The staircase then leads to the rooftop solarium with patio furniture and washing line.
All linen is provided and is of the highest standard including Egyptian cotton towels!
Three prime golf courses are Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin are within a few kilometres with more courses not so far away at Quesda, Algorfa, La Manga and Torre Pacheco. Campoamor has a terrace bar and restaurant that are worth visiting even if you do not play golf.
A brand new shopping centre was built in October 2012 with C&A, Primark, Zara, and H&M to name but a few plus bars and restaurants open til 10 pm each evening. It is so large there are signposts to stop you getting lost! It is 5 minutes drive and a 20 minute walk from our villa.
Local Attractions:-
Torrevieja 10 km to the north. Torrevieja is good for shopping with Carrefour hypermarket on the N332 and a good variety of shops in the bustling centre as well as a busy indoor market for fresh fish, meat and vegetables of excellent quality and value. There is plenty of life along the beach and promenade with a beautiful marina.
Guardamar has a lovely traffic free promenade and beach. A good walk through the sand dunes park takes you to the marina where you can visit the marina café (closed Mondays) and watch a little of the world go quietly by.
Alicante is worth a visit for the marina and its variety of restaurants and bars.
