Casa Rosario is a beautiful villa with a large pool 9x4m. It is set on 6000sq mtrs of land among many fruit trees including olives, lemons, oranges and plums. The house is surrounded by mature landscaped gardens.

It is situated in a quiet rustic area, yet it is within a 5 minute drive of the hustle and bustle and lively nightlife of Alhaurin El Grande.

Accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms 1 ensuite, bathroom, open plan kitchen, living and dining room with large open fireplace. There is seating for 6 people including a sofa.

Both the back terrace and front veranda are easily accessed from the main living area and both are nicely furnished.

There is a large pool 9x4m with roman steps. It is situated to the side of the villa and enjoys the Costa Del Sol sunshine all day, it is never shaded. The pool and terrace area is completely enclosed by a wrought iron railing so it is very child friendly keeping the little ones safe, thereby ensuring you can relax on your holiday. There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone.

Satellite tv includes english channels. Free WIFI is also on hand.

Towels & linen changed weekly. Services available for a charge include: Babysitting, taxi service, cleaning daily on request.

So why not relax and unwind while sunbathing by the pool in the beautiful serene surroundings of the countryside. Then maybe begin your evening by watching the spectacular sunset from the veranda as you sip some of the fine local beverages. And later you might like to sample one of the many local restaurants (all tastes catered for) before finishing the night off by checking out some of the many bars in Alhaurin El Grande

Ideal relaxation

Enjoyed a lovely relaxing holiday. The villa has all the amentities anyone could want...3 spacious bedrooms, air conditioning, wi-fi, private pool........I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting peace and relaxation or a good base to explore the Costa del Sol.

Perfect property for sigthseeing in Costa del Sol

We have had the best holiday ever. Perfect house with the surroundings that matches our way of relaxing. Quite neighborhood and yet so close to the beaches, shopping and all the things you want to see when visiting Costa del Sol. Very nice family. 5-star experience. We will be back.. Thank you Connie for a greate holiday.....:-)
