Private parking, pool, gourmet kitchen all inside of the interior complex. Just two minutes walk from the well known Silga beach. (Playa de Silga)

Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the famous Spa Resorts of La Toja, and 30 minutes from Santiago de Compostela,or Pontevera. The apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local fresh market, front beach bars,cafe, excellent restaurats for eating out, shops, theathers and public market for bargain hunting,

The Penthouse has a spacious and well-outfitted gourmet kitchen so you will be equally as comfortable eating at nearby restaurants or cooking at home. There is a large living room and dinning room combination that has magnificent views over the ocean and the New Puerto Deportivo( Marina). The apartment has three large bedrooms and two beautiful, bathrooms.

-1st master bedroom has a private bathroom and terrace.
-2nd bedroom has a private terrace and a double bed.
-3rd bedroom has two single beds and one single cot.

A deposit of 40% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 8 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of £200.00 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 business days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.

Three months minimum: 2.250€/month.

Very good rental.

Great view over the ocean from the terrace. Very well equiped kitchen. Nice building with pool, parking and security.

Jewel of Spain

This apartment was just out of this world, from the moment we arrived we knew we would be happy there. The accommodation was wonderful with every thing we wanted. The view was breathtaking and only 5 mins from the beach. We wanted to stay longer. Our party was 4 adults and 3 year old twins with plenty of room for everybody. If you need to visit this area I would urge you to book this apartment it is wonderful
