Beautiful town house of 120 sq m, fully refurbished, keeping the traditional style of typical stone build houses in Mallorca, but with all the modern conveniences. Located in the heart of the Tramuntana montains, with breathtaking scenary (north of Mallorca) specifically in Bunyola, 16 km from the city (Palma) and very close to Valldemossa, Sóller and of course the sea surrounding the island of Mallorca. Being located in the Tramuntana montsind is ideal for hikers, cyclist or nature lovers.
A few meters from the house is the famous train station of Sóller, authentic train fully functioning 1913 that connects Sóller, Bunyola and Palma.

The beach in Soller is merely 10Km away and can be reach by the tram, crossing the mountain range (prepare to be impressed) or by car in a very short journey.

House ideal for couples or families, fully furnished and equipped. It consists of:
Ground floor: Living room and kitchen
First floor: bathroom and double bedrooms. This floor also has a separate room used as a dressing room and a terrace for pleasant and romantic dinners.
Second floor: Double room and study with beautiful views.

Wonderful Apartment in Bunyola

We rented the apartment for a week in Feb. It was better that we could have asked for. It was clean, quiet, and felt like living in another country, not home brought across the ocean. The streets are so narrow you must park in a car park down the hill about a 5 min walk, but many people in this quaint town walk farther to their homes. You are next door to a nice local restaurant, and groceries are just around the corner. I would definately stay here again.

House in Bunyola

The house was newly renovated and in fine order. However a few recommondations: - Remove the photo on the webside that shows clear blue sky from one of the windows. That picture has nothing to do with the appartment. - Put in some closets, we missed them - Make a wellcome instruction in english and german that informs about the city and practical instruction about video, TV, washingmashine. - Buy some mugs or cups. There were only glasses - Buy a knive to cut bread
