Villa Tranquilla is a magnificent house which was the subject of extensive restoration and conversion to provide 4 luxury apartments (one of which we/the owners occupy) and all with Sea Views. Quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac providing 1x1 bed and 2x2 bed apartments. This advert relates particularly to the smaller 2 bed "Fountain Apartment"

All bedrooms have their own bath/shower room. Each apartment has own Terrace and gas barbeque and is always presented in pristine condition. (Everything is so spotless, we even have a white Dalmatian!!!)

+ More about Neville Stock We came to Spain in 2001 with one business plan. We had rented a lot of holiday homes over the years and were always disappointed. The standard of cleanliness, poor quality furnishings & equipment, a lack of information etc. We were determined to be the exception to the rule. 10 years and loads of repeat clients later and we feel we are heading in the right direction.
