This apartment consists of: Entrance via security gate, lift to 1st floor. Lounge/dining room with 2 comfortable sofas, dining table & chairs, coffee table, DVD, sat TV with English channels, ceiling fans, and French doors to a sunny south/west balcony with very pleasant views to the sea, plus patio furniture. Separate fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes & ceiling fans ~ the Master with a double bed, and the other with twin beds. Fully equipped bathroom with bath, shower fitting, w.c & handbasin. Second bathroom with shower, w.c & handbasin. *This is an excellent complex in a marvellous location.
*The apartment overlooks the Plaza Fabrica de los Cangrejos and may be subject to a little restaurant noise.

A good place to stay in Nerja

We rented the apartment for week in September 2012. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk in cosy pedastrian streets to the city centre and 150 m walk from a nice beach (Torrecilla). The apartment is not luxorious but rather large, with 2 bathrooms and a fairly well equipped kitchen. Nice, large balcony facing towards the sea and a square with restaurants. There is some noise from the restaurants until midnight, but for us it was not disturbing at all. The street life and music was just positive and contributed to a good atmosphere.

Many thanks for your kind comments. We do state in our advert that the apartment is above the plaza, but as you say the noise is not loud and is only till midnight when all is quiet.

A very pleasant stay in Nerja

We had a wonderful stay in Las Fuentes de Nerja May 2011. A very nice moderne apartment complex close to the beach and on top of a lively square with restaurants. Our small children enjoyed the stay very much as well. The balcony, the swimming pool etc. We felt like being in the middle of it all on the balcony at night. You will experience some mild noise from the bars below. This suited us well and did not disturb in any way. We had pleasant communication with the owners of the apartment before arriving. We had no need for communicating with the owners during the stay. We are certain that most will experience a very nice vacation in Las Fuentes de Nerja.
