The house has lovely out door spaces featuring a front terrace with sun most of the day and a cosy private garden with afternoon sun. It is located within walking distance to amenities like banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

The spacious 3 bedroom chalet in Los Potros is perfect for families of up to 6 people. It has a fabulous sunny front terrace with a dining table, gas BBQ and a small corner table. The living room is very much open plan with a newly decorated kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms; the double master bedroom is en-suite and the two guest bedrooms share the last bathroom. Both the living room and the master bedroom have direct access to the cosy garden.

LOCATION

Los Potros is a lovely well kept urbanisation in the heart of Nueva Andalucia. Located in the popular area of Aloha it is only 5-10 min walk to restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets and a 5 min drive to Puerto Banus and the beach. There are several golf courses with easy reach and you can even play at the night time at Dama de Noche.

Notes
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the bungalow. The other half of the rent is due in cash on arrival to the bungalow. The minimum stay in the bungalow is 7 days.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal (+3.5% fee) or credit cards (+3.5% fee).

We take a security deposit of €300 in cash on arrival to the bungalow, this will be returned on departure after a thorough check of the bungalow. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the bungalow. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.

You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the bungalow. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.

Linen & bath towels are provided. For information about extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us.

Check in time is 4 pm (unless agreed to in writing)
Check out time is 10 am (unless agreed to in writing)
