Step inside the self catering apartment and everything is light, spacious with a cool feel – Great for the hot summer months.

The master bedroom is en-suite with a walk-in shower. It has a private terrace that also overlooks the pool and communal gardens. Both of the bedrooms are spacious and have space for an extra fold out bed or travel cot. The kitchen has all that you need, including filter coffee pot, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room and dining area are fully functional for the winter months and are great for relaxing indoors when the heat gets too much. There is a flat screen TV with free view English channels and a functional fireplace.

LOCATION

Cero Blanco is located in Nueva Andalucia, less than 10 minutes drive from 5 golf courses including Las Brisas, Aloha and Los Naranjos. Puerto Banus is a ten-minute stroll away and it is a shoppers paradise with its department store, Corte Ingles, high street store: Zara, and designer stores: Gucci, Armani, Jimmy Choos. During the summer there is a daily market on the Antonio Banderas Square in the middle of Puerto Banus. Closer to home (2-3 min walk) you will find Centro Plaza (a shopping centre) with restaurants, boutiques and a supermarket. The weekly Saturday market is literally on your doorstep to the left, where you can buy your fresh fruit, flowers and whatever else takes your fancy.

Notes
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the apartment. The other half of the rent is due in cash on arrival to the apartment. The minimum stay in the apartment is 7 days.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal (+3.5% fee) or credit cards (+3.5% fee).

We take a security deposit of €300 in cash on arrival to the house, this will be returned on departure after a thorough check of the house. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the house. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.

You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the house. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.

Linen & bath towels are provided. For information about welcome packs, extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us.

Check in time is 4 pm (unless agreed to in writing)
Check out time is 10 am (unless agreed to in writing)
