La Centinela is an outstanding traditional house set within 5 acres of land with original features and a modern twist.
There are 4 bedrooms accessed via a staircase, the 5th bedroom is within an annix overlooking the huge swimming pool. All bedrooms have a bathroom and plenty of space for clothes and personal items. The inside of the house is open and very spacious, the large country style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.
Outside are 2 dining areas sheltered from the sun. There is a large barbecue area with kitchen and bar for enjoying the warm summer evenings and taking in the spectacular views.
There is an array of beautiful plants and trees and the house offers you and your family complete privacy.
The costal resorts of Moraira and Calpe can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes, there are shops and restaurants nearby and the nearest beach is just 10 minutes away.
