Holiday apartment for rent in Los Abrigos

Cosy 1-bedroom apartment in coastal village Los Abrigos next to Golf del Sur. Located in small residential complex (no swimming-pool) right in front of the beach.
The apartment has a salon with a small but well-equipped kitchen, dinning table, sofa with chaise-lounge and television (only spanish channels). There is a small balcony closed with panoramic windows which opens to enjoy the sun all morning (when it´s not cloudy, that is). The salon has partial sea-views. The bedroom has a double-bed (135 cm) and fantastic sea-views. Sun all afternoon.

As Los Abrigos is not a touristic area the beach is never crowded. It is natural with vulcanic sand and stones. Great for snorkelling when the sea is not rough.
Los Abrigos has a cosy harbour with a great variety of restaurants. Every tuesday evening there is a local market on the "plaza" in front of the tiny church. The village has banks, pharmacy, internet-café, diving school, supermarkets, bakery, cafés, bars and local shops.
The San Blas area just next to the house is good for nice walks in nature and if you walk by the seaside you will get to Golf del Sur.

Playa de las Americas, Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos is a 15 min drive away by car. This is a very touristic area with a big variety of shops, restaurants, bars, surf-schools, diving-schools and excursions at sea. A bus takes you there every hour from Los Abrigos, it´s a 40-60 min drive. Close by you will also find Siam Park, Aqualand and Jungle Park (Parque de las aguilas).

Tenerife South Airport is 8 km away, taxi one-way app. 14 euros.

8 km down the coast you will find the village of El Medano. This is kite- and wind-surfers paradise. Kite/wind-surf schools offer the oportunity to learn surfing in a couple of days. El Medano has a sandy beach with a great promenade and cosy bars and restaurants. A bus leaves from Los Abrigos (and return) every hour, a 10-15 min drive. 5 min by car.

It is recommended to rent a car but not necessary.

Golf can be played at the nearby golfing course in Golf del Sur (walking distance).

This apartment is ideal for those who want to be close to everything but still wish to have quiet nights sleeping to the sound of the waves.

+ More about Line Jørgensen I´m a danish thirty-some year old woman. I have been living in Tenerife since 2002. I always prefer to be the one who welcomes you when you arrive to the apartment in Los Abrigos but as I´m currently in Denmark to study you will only see me on Tenerife every other month. My spanish husband is often on Tenerife because of his job. We look forward to welcome you to our basic but cosy apartment right next to the beach in the sunny south of Tenerife.
