Bellavista is part of the prize winning Seirra Cortinas resort; a gated community with two pools and tennis court. Situated between Benidorm and the old mountain village of Finnestrat it is great place to discover the buzz of Benidorm, the charm of old Spain and the natural beauty of the mountains behind and unspoilt cost lines that flank the Blue Flag beaches of Benidorm. Alicante and Valencia International airports offer low cost flights from many destinations.

The open plan ground floor design gives a light and spacious feeling to the living area. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher and we have had compliments from our French guests who first check the kitchen before anything else in the house. Although the area is known for summer sun the winters are mild and with the log fire lit it is very cozy in winter.

Upstairs the 2 large bedrooms have balconies, the double bedroom has a king size bed and the large balcony is a great place to watch the sun set and reflect. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a small terrace.

The house is 8 years old and the surrounding area is superbly finished with beautiful landscape grounds, maturing tress and shrubs with the large communal pool; reached just through a small private garden suitable for BBQ’s. The TV package includes ITV and 20+ other foreign language stations.

A great location for those wishing to stay just outside of Benidorm, and walking distance to gymnasium and spa with bar/restaurant plus 18-hole Pitch and Putt golf. Within a 5 minute drive there is Terra Mitica and Terra Natura parks, La Marina shopping center with cinema and food halls and hypermarket - Carrefour - is 5 minutes away for every need you may have whilst in Spain.

Close to the hustle and bustle of the coast and far enough away to relax at the foot of the hills that provide a welcome fresh breeze at dawn and dusk.

More about Helen King

We are both British but lived abroad for over 41 years between us and still enjoy travelling when given the chance. Sailing is our love and the dream is to have a boat whilst still young enough to haul sails. We have chosen to live in Spain as the people are as wonderful as the weather, warm and not wet. Mike is a talented musician who plays in bands on the coast; Helen is not so talented. We are never sure we should mention musicians; we are unlike the image the media likes to publicise.

A great place to stay

Helen is a great hostess. This is the second time we have stayed at her house and I hope it won't be the last. She is easygoing and a warm and welcoming hostess.

Bellavista Benidorm

A very nice town house overlooking Benidorm, the views are superb as is the property Situated on a small select complex, all very clean and secure with a great communial pool set in a grassed area The property is very clean and well laid out and affords very easy comfortable living with everything provided for your enjoyment,from greeting you in to your departure you just feel welcome The property is close to all shopping centres and Benidorm itself as you may wish, and the superb gilf course is just a short distance away You would so enjoy this property and location
