Mas Mató is a newly built house completed in 2005. Located in the exclusive neighbourhood of Mas Mató. Surrounded by other luxurious modern villas. 5 min. away by car from the town center of Begur,one of the most chic towns in Costa Brava. 5 min drive to the beach of Sa Riera and 10 min to the beach of Aiguablava. Just around the corner from Pals beach and golf courses.
All rooms in the house have seaviews. At night, you can also see the castle fully lit and the whole town of Begur.
The house has 4 bedrooms.
GROUND FLOOR:
-1 big suite with ensuite bathroom with shower ( 180x190 bed)
FIRST FLOOR:
-1 suite with ensuite bathroom with bathtub (150x190 bed)
-1 double bedroom (180x190 bed)
-1 small bedroom (135x190 bed).
This 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
The bedrooms of the first floor have direct acces to the terrace with amazing seaviews.
The living area has 2 big sofas and 2 armchairs. The round dinning table can fit 8 big chairs.
The kitchen is fully equiped with all that is necessary to make your stay more confortable.Nespresso coffee machine!!
The finishing touches in the house are of top quality like marble floors and bathrooms.
You can enjoy the private pool ( 3.5m x 7m ) with its incredible seaviews and chillout area with its barbecue. This spacious area is fully equiped with dinning terrace table, chairs and sunbeds. You can acces the pool directly as you return from the beach and then go directly to your own room for a refreshing shower.

Such as picking you up from airoport, help you fine the best rate rent a car, maid service on request, catering service, we do the shopping for you, restaurant reservations, babysitting service, boat rental... "Belle maison sur 3 niveaux, magnifique coin piscine avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Un peu loin de la plage, région très montagneuse, et beaucoup d''escaliers dans la maison, la cuisine étant au rez-de-chaussée et la terrasse tout en haut."
