Modern 3 bedroom, 4th floor apartment by the sea, located on the 4th floor at the southern end of the block with windows and views facing east, west and south, in a quiet residential area with sea and mountain views. 10 minutes drive from Torrevieja and 5 minutes drive to the new public San Jaime Hospital. The supervised communal swimming pool is opened in June, July and August and weekends also has tennis court, gardens and large balcony offering views of the sea and Torrevieja. 1 single and 2 double bedrooms(to suit 5 people + cot if required), 2 shower rooms, fully fitted kitchen to include washing machine and dishwasher. There are a variety of golf courses in the area 15/25 minutes drive.(Villa martin and Las Ramblas) Beside the coast, the nearest beach is 5 minutes walk and the nearest shops are 5 minutes. Pacos bar/restaurant over looks the the sea is 5 minutes away and Christophers Restaurant is 100 metres. Alicante airport is 50 minutes and Murcia, San Javiar airport 30 minutes drive. Ideal for swimming, fishing, coastal walks and cycling. There is also a regular coastal bus service every 1/2 hour to Torrevieja. Long term let available on request.

My name is Gerry Brennan and I have been in the business of letting property in Dublin for the past 25 years and for 4 years in Spain. My aim has always been to achieve a high standard of property with the emphasis on quality, comfort and value for money. ie I have installed pvc double glazed windows and upgraded the outer walls and at La Zenia ref. 5084 have installed oil heating to facilitate arthritics like myself and others who might need a little xtra comfort when staying over the winter
