This lovely, rustic annex offers the best of both worlds; set in beautiful Spanish countryside whilst only 10 minutes drive from the seaside village of La Cala de Mijas and 20 minutes from the popular resort of Fuengirola.
Stroll through the avocado groves to the local bar or hike around the hills and valleys paddling in cool streams and picnicking surrounded by breathtaking scenery, this property offers something really different.
Set in the grounds of a private rural home, the owners are on hand to offer local knowledge and advice which makes you feel immediately at home. They can direct you to local golf courses, horse riding, restaurants, marinas and beaches to suit your individual tastes. They can also help you plan your visits further afield to the lakes, mountains, villages and cities of Andalucía. In season even a ski resort is an option for a day trip (Sierra Nevada 2 hours).
The annex is on two levels; the front door leads into cosy lounge with wood burner and small kitchen. Upstairs is a large bedroom and small en-suite with toilet, sink and half bath.
Breakfast on the private terrace enjoying the views, you can also take a dip in the family pool (above ground) or relax in the gardens of the main house which includes a stunning viewpoint overlooking the valley and hills, a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and tapas.
Plenty of roadside parking. Apartment 150 metres (2 minute) walk along lovely rural country track.

Payment method: 30% due on reservation, the remaining 70% at least one month before to arrival date.
Check in after 2pm on arrival date. Apartment to be vacated by 12noon on departure day. (This can be flexible, subject to time of next arrivals.)
For stays of 14 days, the apartment will be cleaned and clean linen supplied after the first week at no extra charge.
