The house is situated in tranquil surroundings with a stunning view. It has 3 terraces, a beautiful private garden with trees, a back yard and a top roof terrace with view to the sea and to the mountains. The rooms inside the house are all at the same level. The house has an entrance hall, open kitchen, sittingroom with TV and radio, 3 bed rooms (2 with double beds) and one room with 2 single beds (Scandinavian size). There are fitted wardrobes, two bath rooms (one with bath tub). Lovely kitchen with electric stove/cooker and oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine. You have access to a washing machine and there is a barbecue in the garden. The house is situated 2 minutes from the lovely pool which is facing the sea and the mountains. It is easy to park as the house is placed at the end of a tiny road in the urbanization. You can walk downwards to the beach in 12 minutes. There are tennis courts 5 min. from the house with a lovely fitness center with all kind of facilities.
